Ron, you are forever the pessimist.
What you forget is that 100% of the collective public has lied, cheated, or stolen themselves from the goverment in one way or another. Add it all up and you have a problem which is much more severe than a $3000 Friday afternoon lunch at the Elephant & Castle on Rideau St. in Ottawa.
