It took a little getting used to, but my husband just loves it, so I tried it.

My husband also makes a KILLER Caeser salad. He used to be in the restaurant business, and got the recipe from the son of the man who invented the salad in the first place, at the very hotel. That's one of my "it's my birthday/Mother's Day/whatever and I get to pick what I want" favorite dishes. He makes it in a huge restaurant metal bowl that's big enough to bathe a baby in. It's pretty much ruined me for what most restaurants call "Caeser Salad." (Unless somebody rolls a cart to the table and makes it right in front of you, you may safely assume you aren't getting the real deal.)

I'd forgotten all the salad dressings that end with the word "vinegrette" when I made this poll. I have an unopened bottle of Sun Dried Tomato and Basil something-or-other that came from the magic "our stuff has zero calories" online place. (Their veggie dips were great.) I'll have to pull that out and try it, once the collection of opened salad dressing bottles we already have decrease in number.
