I agree with you, it's very organized here. I mean who drives 50km/ph on the service road? Right... nobody. So set up a few cruisers on a side road and rake 'em in.
I have won in traffic court before. I don't know how I'll do today (it's 50/50) but win or lose I'll let ya know.
