though I agree that judges need to add some part of humanity into making legal judgments - but weeping then dismissing DNA evidence that would make the whole case sounder is simply irresponsible.

you must handle this fair and by the books as each case is added to the books for historical records, and your judgment is picked apart for years to come. Every judge must answer to the same code of conduct and reasoning that makes the constitution fair and equal to all.
