1 pork loin
1 can cream of mushroom
1 tub fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tub sour cream
lay out mushrooms on big sheet of foil
lay pork loin on that
turn up edges of foil
pour sour cream and can of cream of mushroom over it
wrap up tight as can w/o squirting contents all over
get more foil and wrap again
get more foil and wrap once more
Put in oven 275° with a drip pan on rack under it.
Put (and keep) few cups of water in the drip pan.
6 hours later ... mmmmmmmmmmmm
