we need to be patient to weed out those that feel in order to gain sales etc. they need to have attitude or an aggressive behavior. I remember the times when it was business - simple as that. You respected the other person and if you didn't like them - too bad. The idea was to make money and do it in a way that made others think, " I want to do business with that person ".
for some reason we started getting people who felt that creating drama and shit on boards and at conventions meant, "people will remember me and my company". sadly, it does more damage to your company than you realize.
