Her look, well, personally, I like her like that. Yes, she could lose a few pounds, but she is hot nonetheless and she shows to little girls that you can still be hot without being a toothpic.

I think she is still hot, but very stupid. Picking on these people is what we do. She should stay off the stage until she can gather her brains and show up to a rehearsal or 2 w/o booze. Its clear she needs help, but she's the only one that can decide to get it. Not even a best friend *if she had one* could help her if she doesn't want it.
