If you really want to get hardcore with the site, you should allow people, who are pissed of at someone to express themselves freely. Then you can send A letter by email to that person who is pissing off everyone. The letter would be announymous and would be something like:

Hello,

Just a quick note to say, YOU SUCK!!.

Love,
The Staff at Work!

Ofcourse, you would add in the letter what is pissing them off, and some tips on how to be more "liked".
