Good restaurants, "lounges" or night clubs to visit.

Looking for really nice, romantic restaurants and some really nice clubs to continue the evenings on with a few drinks or so. ;-)

Also, if there are any special Jazz clubs that are good, either with live music or just a dj spinning, let me know..
