We can bitch about this subject until the the end of time.

I think what we'll see is more programs making legal tube site with short promo videos, and other sites that don't follow this format will be sued one at a time and will go away.

It's no different than YouTube. They can't use copyrighted videos and I'm sure their legal department is rather large. Smaller sites without a huge legal department won't be able to keep up with demands to take stuff down and will end up selling out or shutting down.

The concept that "message boards" and "website owners" aren't liable for content it's users post up is starting to wear thin. It's one thing of I come onto XN here and post two or three pictures that don't belong to me, but it's another thing if I post up an entire set of 120 pix from one company.....
