If I start getting the "munchies", I jump my boyfriend's bones. I burn lots of calories, and I forget I'm hungry!

Seriously, though, drink lots of fluids, especially water. And, what really helps is cutting out all your refines sugars... white bread, pasta, etc... they taste good, but they sure pack on the pounds!
