Twinkley, speaking from experience i can honestly say that working from home is tough for many people, and although I thought working from home would increase productivity it did just the opposite
.
If you are looking for "teamwork" to be an important part of your company it is very difficult to do with everyone working at home, no matter if you are all in the same chat room, on icq, netmeetings, or whatever.
