Bah, when they distribute a DVD and say "An extra 5 hours" or whatever, it normally means that if the movie is 2 hours long, then they have an audio track like the director's comments. So you have the movie, 2 hours. The Director's comments (same video footage), another 2 hours. then you have bonus crap like the commercials for the movie.
All this to say, it won't be an extra 5 hours of stunts.

There probably should be
some extra stunts, though. I know there were scenes in the trailer that weren't in the theatrical release.
