Actually Bruno, that is not true. You should actually eat 6 times a day, only you should be eating smaller meals and stuff that is actually good for you. Plus, what fish said is right on the money about speeding up your metabolism. It's best to work out on an empty stomach and eat an hour afterwards.
Of course there are exceptions to every rule. Some people can eat everything and never gain a pound. I am not one of those people, LOL!!!!
