What you need to do is get listed everywhere! Visit all the resource sites from Ynot to whichever and submit your program. then post to every forum out there (in the designated spam section of course
) and write pretty much what you wrote above. If you want webmasters you have to list your program where they go.
If you want a bit of a kickstart try button placement or "preferred' listings on a couple of the resource sites.
