I remember the first time I saw a Krispy Kremes...I thought everyone was fucking insane! Cars backed up around the block, people walking out with 10 dozen doughnuts, etc...
I was from Seattle and doughnuts were not a big thing...only reserved for Police Officers and office Lunchroom tables.
But I did eventually try one and they are crazy good.
