Take your time with it and in your head, be super honest with yourself. If you're doing it to protect yourself, don't finish it by saying to yourself "Bah, this is good enough". Make SURE you plug up as many holes as possible. Think of as many eventualities as you can and remember that just because a large site uses a long disclaimer, doesn't mean it's a good one. Read it carefully.
