Actually that's a good idea of what NOT to do. You have absolutely no way of knowing which country/state/province that a sites disclaimer is meant to apply to. A disclaimer that is acceptable in canada for instance may be absolutely useless to an american site. Check out the resource sites before you just grab one off any old site.
