Hehhe--Don't try a niche you can't find content for. Sounds reasonable, but you'de be surprised how many people have a "great" idea for a site, but can't find the content.
Check out
Fetishbrokers.com for a great list of niches (over 130 as of today) and know that you can find content in that niche.
