Peer1 is an awesome colo facility. Awesome people there... very friendly.
I know a guy who runs a hosting company and colocates his servers there... and buys his bandwidth in bulk from them, which he can in turn price cheaper to his clients... he has tons of space in the back of the colo for just his servers. He's their biggest client.
