Well, one thing for sure, if the dogs are allowed to live, the should be neutered.

How comes someone with a lot of land or runs a farm or ranch of some sort adopt the dogs? Maybe they could be trained as herding animals? Could you imagine the site of a pack of Chihuahuas herding sheep or cattle?
