Sadly Chris, in this paranoid society in which we live, some would say yes.
I don't recall the outcome, but I remember a case of a lady who took photos of her child in the bathtub. The person who developed the pictures phoned the police and the lady was arrested for possession of child porn.
Sad, but true.
P.S. I don't see anything wrong with capturing your child's life on film Chris. I have pictures of our kids as well. My son and daughter even share a bathtub.
For shame.
