My biggest problem with the no smoking laws are that they are implemented by the same government(s) that benefits from the tax dollars generated through the sales of cigarettes.
Hypocrisy at it's finest.
I recall hearing somewhere that you couldn't be fired if your job was affected by your being an alcoholic. Your employer actually has to pay to get you help. So, does that mean that if cigarettes affect my job performance (say I go outside every 15 minutes to have a smoke), my employer would have to pay for my Zyband?
