Move to the East Coast. We have some stupid rules and regulations here, but we don't have severe smog and we aren't going to slip into the ocean anytime soon.

Doesn't surprise me that California has some of the rules and regulations it enforces though. The state is filled with health nuts and extremely vain people. I still don't really understand the whole smog issue either. Now, all of a sudden, the state changes emmissions standards and passes laws to become environmentally friendly. Why these laws and regulations weren't implemented and enforced before the smog problem became a problem, just doesn't make sense.
