If I was producing that content in Canada I would have fairly serious concerns about the legality of it. Canada has some pretty strict laws about the depiction of rape/forced sex so I would definitely want to get a legal opinion. Of course having seen only the teaser clips I don't know how close the actual content comes to that. Unfortunately the lawyer would probably give one of those ass-covering opinions about grey areas. The very fact that any kind of obscenity prosecution in Canada is relatively rare is a disadvantage when it comes to having legal precedents. I might be remembering it incorrectly but I think even the Sweet thing involved allegations of assault, etc. and not obscenity.
