I have not seen proof that masking your script files to a static html file helps in either spidering or ranking. Most engines these days are looking for even more file types.
One thing to note is that google will follow hard links pointing to dynamic urls (ones with query strings in them ?this=that). If you can get other people to link to your dynamic urls, even better.
