A side effect of testosterone therapy is that the clit will grow. The growth is relative to how much testosterone. Doesn't happen to all women though just because she takes testosterone.
Some women lack testosterone, so for them, testosterone therapy may not make their clit grow, or if it does, it's very little.
If a woman already has healthy levels and then begins testosterone therapy for various reasons, those women run the risk of her clit really growing. Doesn't always happen to these women, but they are at a higher risk because they have major amounts more of testosterone than what they need.
Testosterone also makes the clit more sensitive too.
