Spending entirely too many hours waiting in hospitals. I'm convinced that certain staff members can not comprehend instructions when they are written in French and English. All the instructions should be in pictograms. Certain people should not be allowed to think. They just confuse things and waste time, which means more time of waiting around. I have a ton of patience, but enough is enough already. It's been a few days now and you would think some people would get the clue and actually develop a routine by now. How hard is it when the instructions are written right in front of them!
