Removing the Free Hosted Galleries would be a good thing. Many link lists request that images be on the same domain unless you write to them and ask permission to submit free sites with sponsor galleries first.
It wouldn't hurt to check the rules with each link list - some only allow maximum of 30 images per free site... don't give away more than you need to...
When it comes to writing text - does it turn you on?
