I had to click the poop link out of morbid curiosity. What do they do? Place ads for models that read "Get paid to take a dump in your undies"?

The adult babies and adult diapers... Were these people who are into this not loved and nurtured as children? Maybe they just can't deal with their adult life so they long to be babies and toddlers again.

I saw a documentary one time about plushies. They had people dressed like stuffed animals instead of just playing with stuffed animals.
