I honestly have no concept of what that must be like. In Pennsylvania, we didn't have as much snow as here, but every year, we had snow. Even some of the States are pretty much the same temp. all year round. It would take a lot of adjusting for me to live in an area that the climate seldom differs throughout the year. I couldn't imagine Santa in a pair of shorts and tan. LOL!
