As far indoor or outdoor.
I kind of like outdoor pics but they need to be lighted properly.
12 noon is not the best time of day for light
Sometimes the way the sun is shining it lights up the entire face but the rest of the body is in dark shade and you can't see anything.
Thats a nice pic though
