Use your own templates. Sponsor templates won't work.

If you use a 3-4 movie template, the clips should be around 20 seconds each.

If you use a 5-6 movie template, the clips should be around 15-20 seconds each. Some people go as low as 10 seconds per clip, but 15 works well.

You can use sponsor content, but cut them into smaller clips. Sometimes, you need to convert the content into either mpeg or wmv.

The screen caps must match the scene in the sample movie clip.

Sample movie clips with sound are preferred and required on a lot of sites.

No more than 3 outgoing links to the sponsor.

Your movies need to be the main focus of your galleries. The sample clips should be easy to find and load fast.

Visit sites like VidsVidsVids.com, Movie Titan, Richards Realm movie section, Lolita Mpegs.com, and Clip Hunter. Click around on these sites and see what is commonly accepted. Look at layouts. Play the sample clips. Don't always click the first few links, they are usually paid spots or hosted galleries and they are sometimes lenient on the rules with those galleries. Find the categories you are interested in promoting and click around in there. This will help you get a good idea of what MGP sites like.
