Yeah ... I'm a bit under the wether ... actually ALOT under the weather today .... I thought I was starting to come around yesterday, but today I feel like a train wreck .... I don't get sick very often .... but when I do, it has been know to damn near kill me ...

Chicken and chicken broth. Lots of Vitamin C (1500mg per dose).
Aspirin (it's the one of the very few medication that directly affects the flu virus).
