Droid X or HTC Incredible?

I'm on Verizon and getting a new phone for my birthday next week. I have a blackberry curve now.

I've been comparing the two and the Droid X seems to be the better choice. HTC has major battery issues but is more aesthetically appealing. Droid X had HD video, 8 megapixel camera (they both do), and HDMI out. Neither have a forward facing camera, which is no biggie. No slide out keyboard which I'll miss, but I'd rather not have the bulk of the Motorola Droid.

Am I overlooking anything that would be good to know before making a final decision?

I played around a bit with the Droid and it's pretty cool. I hear the HTC is good too.
Personally, I'm sold on the iPhone and am waiting for #4 to come out around here.
