Didn't adultcheck lay some people off a little while ago? I do remember hearing about recent layoffs myself.

Layoffs are you kidding, I wanna hire all the talented people out there, just wish more people where from Canada and would work in our office.
That is a must.
Were definately not laying off anyone, we are actually about to hire 5+ more people.
Sales, Programming, Accounting, Project manager
just hired html, started Monday
