Talk about great service. These gangsters lost my luggage and are prepared to pay me about $9.00 per pound. I guess my suitcase must have been about 30 lbs. to 35 lbs. That works out to about $315.00. My fucking suitcase cost about that much. Another $300.00 for shoes plus about a grand in clothing along with a cheap camcorder and tripod for behind-the- scenes shot. I figure the total lost to me must be about 2K and these fuckers at American Airlines want to appease my rage with a measly $300.00. I want to get Medieval on their asses.

That sucks. Is there such thing as travelers insurance? Would come in hand for situations like this.
