Is your content Mobile?
First of all, I wanted to comment on the great new look that you've accompilished with Xnations guys... Nice!
Now on to business.
InhandMobile has now officially launched our new Mobile (Cell Phone) delivery gateway. What this means is now you can have your content downloadable to mobile phones (videos, stills etc) and make money with it. We have come up with a solution for billing in North America geared towards the adult market which is new and never before seen. We also push to Europe etc.
If you are interested in making money in the mobile phone world, hit me up on ICQ 12531824 or email chris@inhandmobile.com
For more info visit http://www.inhandmobile.com
Peace!
Good Chris

Congrats on your new job with inhandmobile, Chris.
This is definitely something I will be checking out, as I believe it will make webmasters a nice chunk of money.

Thanks Chris,
This new technology is the coolest and we've already signed up some huge companies so I know it's the future. We'll have to go golfing agin to tie up the triplex deal

Congrats Chris! Very cool!
I tend to agree with the Evil one when it comes to making webmasters money. In the beginning, I understood it, but I had questions. After picking Good Chris's brain for awhile, there is a huge potential to make some serious money with this program and technology. I would recommend to anyone to pick Chris's brain for awhile. He is very knowledgeable in the field and knows exactly how to optimize the earning potential. I was impressed. That's a good thing considering I'm very analytical and skeptical of everything.

hey GoodChris,
i've heard a lot about Mobile Porn, that it's the next new big thing inline with sliced bread, lightbulbs and the PC...
that you can re-purpose your content and offer your endusers an exciting new incremental revenue upsell module- Mobile PPV.
can it really be true, the www. all over again?

The content must be formatted for mobile use. WAP/.wml and java , are 2 common mobile formats.
Here is an excellent WAP tutorial if you are interested. http://www.waptutor.org.uk/index.html
Here is a cool forum where you can learn as well as ask questions pertaining to mobile phone technology.

More than likely the contract will not specify Mobile but that does not preclude usage for mobile. We send our mobile content from a website through normal channels then it crosses over to the Cell networks for delivery. As far as I can tell that means it's standard delivery online but it never hurts to request a contract addendum or something writing. Not that there are bad folk in this industry but just to be safe...
Hit me on ICQ if you have any questions concerning mobile delivery, that's what we do.

Sounds interesting Chris. What if we would like to make most of our content available for webmasters with your system? Any suggestions?

Nope it was a hypothetical question.... being a content provider myself I'm curious as to what webmaster views are.
Although I'm a little different since I do exclusive content.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this question... If you mean will you be able to offer other webmasters the ability to upsell your content on mobiles then the answer is yes, we are offering the ability for 2 tier webmaster referrals which you would receive a % of credit for.
Otherwise, I'm not totally sure what you mean, feel free to contact me on ICQ 12531824 so we can further discuss.

Okay - here is what my lawyers say - This is a new right, if you did not include it in your orginal licensing agreement then and you use it for wireless regardless if it was purchased on a website its about the end use, you will be infringing on copyright and can be sued.
I think its a great new market and a great new income source but as a content producer if I licensed you to deliver my content on your website and I find that you are delivering it to cell phones as well I will not be a happy content provider.....
I know this is kinda stickey area - but bottom line is its about where its delivered to not where its bought from when it comes to content licensing....

You have made an excellent point here. This is where the PPV guys are going to run into a lot of lawsuits once they go mobile unless they have their contracts rewritten.

The best part about our contracts and company is that Mobile is all we do, so our contracts more than vaguely refer to and mention content licensing/ mobile delivery specifically, infact that's all it says. Well, it's a little more wordy than that but you get what i mean.

Some thoughts and questions
Hopefully someone will figure it all out but it sounds so new and the cross platforms that everyone will want a piece of it
How do you prevent stuff being sent to the phones as it is wireless and wireless is unsecured?
Who decides pricing and is it based upon what the market can bear?
Will the cell phone companies want to deal with adult content?
Will pictures be downloaded like ringtones are?
What would entail a webmaster with the knowledge to add the pics himself over choosing a content provider to do it for him?
Thanks,
Invasion

Different companies aggregate and monetize mobile content differently. For answers to all these questions and more, contact GoodChris via ICQ anytime so we can set up a call and discuss the possibilities.

Invasion:
It is a little bit more involved than just having the "know how" ...
Video content is being sent over the mobile networks in the exact same manner as wallpapers, games, and ringtones, even as we speak!
The telcos are in business for one reason, pick whichever telco or mobile service provider you fancy ... and that reason is to make money!
The day that adult content is no longer profitable, is the day the mobile service providers will not want to carry it. Period. Full stop.
Chris and Patrick are great guys, and are pioneering a frontier that is still very new. By the time the rest of the movers and shakers realize that there is a shitload of $$ to be made in the mobile marketplace, these guys will already have a fantastic network in place, and will be serving " pocket porn" to hundreds of thousands of happy customers!
