Something I thought worth posting around so here's my nugget of wisdom share just for the heck of it:


Conversion from trial to full monthly member percentages getting you down? Maybe you should try making sure the models on your tour and features on your tour are easily found in the members area. A large enough percentage of customers join your sites not because they are overwhelmed with how much is there but rather because they saw a face or body that got them hard enough to want to pay to see more.

Imagine their dissapointment when that hot model on the first page of the tour is buried SOMEWHERE in a gallery full of pictures. Do a section in your mem area called TOUR MODELS or something like that. It may only help your trial connversion by 3 or 4 points but anyone who's been around awhile knows that 3 or 4 points there can be a very large difference to your profits.


So if anyone has the gumption to make the effort and try this... please send me 5% of the difference in your profits and... lol.

You're fuckin' right man. If I were a customer I would want to see the model as quickly as possible.
