Do we need this?

Hey all,

I was wondering if a TGP/MGP would need a 2257? Cuz I was looking at sites like JJJ's TGP and Richards-Realm, (I do beleive both of them have links to live cams) yet they don't list a 2257 on their site.

So basically I'm asking if a TGP/MGP site would need to make a 2257?
Even tho a TGP/MGP doesn't exactly have control over the content listed on the galleries.

I don't run any tgp or mpg sites so I really can't answer.

Most of those sites will have a disclaimer on the bottom that states that they have no association with nor take any responsiblity for the links that are on their sites.

They are only links and don't reside on their domains. So there SHOULD be no need to have 2257 documents.

However, ask 10 different lawyers and get 10 different answers I'm sure.
