He is really good Chris, took him 15minutes and AUD$10, and it was laminated in a large A3 paper. Very nicely done I must say.
He is a guy who is at Southbank Brisbane. I have seen him there nearly every time I go past. I grabbed his contact details straight after. I asked would he concider adult cartoons, and he said yes. Tho to do a scatch like this would be around $25AUD he advised... My draw dropped and to think I have seen them sell for 175USD.. I have some plans next time I meet up with him to get one done for a site or too of mine.
But other than this, I havent thought too deeply on the protentual of getting one done for every member of Xnations. You would need to be involved in that.
That one there I only did it for Xnations and like the cap, I feel it goes with the shirt =)
