I don't think anyone can offer 100% uptime...

If you really want to sell it, prove it. Explain how your network is setup, dont just say you can. What type of network do you have in place?

What type of routers are you using for the backbone?
What routing protocols are you using for your backbone connections?
Who are your backbone providers?
How are you handling redundancy?
What type of environmental redundancy do you have?
What about redundant ethernet switches?
What type of switches?
Does each server have dual nic cards going to diverse etherswitches?
Are there more than 2 ingress and egress points out of the hosting center?

Those are just a few of the questions I had when I first read the post..100% uptime is impossible for long periods of time, 1 sec of downtime and you are not 100%.

Not even backbones can guarantee 100% uptime... I doubt anyone else can...
