There are an amazing number of fucking idiots running tgps nowadays. Excuse the language, lol. I can't believe how stupid these guys are. They put popups and shit on their submit and confirmation pages and they aren't even webmaster related. Just the usual pornsites. I'm not sure of the percentage of webmasters that actually spend money to join a pornsite but I'm pretty sure it's lower than the average surfer. And for damn sure webmasters are a lot less likely to be responsive to popups and scripts.
Unfortunately there are no laws or intelligence test requirements when it comes to opening a tgp so all you can do is take the idiots off your submit list. Post the url if you feel like it so others will avoid it and maybe he will smarten up. But I doubt it.
