They are pulling results from a variety of sources. It's interesting. No link for anyone to add their site(s), and no link for advertising options. They probably have their own galleries mixed in the results or they run some kind of group where members submit their galleries and they just rotate throughout the results for various keywords and keyphrases. Surfers will probably remember the name and maybe bookmark it. It's really nothing new though.

I don't know though how their spider works to get those galleries.. maybe directly from TGP?
