Newbie here.. just made my first blog, would like some advise..

Hello everyone, I've just made my first blog and I would like some criticism! any suggestions.. ideas or things to add .. remove etc.

Also since I have my own domain name but my blog hosted in blogger I would like to know which one should I promote, which one to submit and the most important thing get traffic!

I'm planning in getting a paid hosting after I get more familiar with wordpress .. so far blogger is easy

If you didn't produce the content, purchase the content, or have permission to use the content, you are using illegal content on your blog. You can't "borrow" content from other message boards, newsgroups, torrent sites, and the likes to use on your sites.

For content... Join a few sponsors that offer sites in the niches you wish to target on your blog. Use the content the sponsor provides you to advertise their paysites. You need more text in your posts if you want to get anywhere with the search engines. One generic sentence just isn't going to cut it.

Why should surfers subscribe to your RSS feed? Why should they bookmark your blog? Why should they plug your blog on other sites? Why should they click on your ads? You aren't giving your surfers any incentive to do anything besides download free movies. Talk to your surfers. There's human beings looking at your blog and you are doing nothing to create or enhance an existing fantasy. You aren't speaking to them. You are uploading a bunch of content hoping a surfer will pay for an account at your image host, click a random banner in your sidebar, or subscribe to your feed. Why should they bother when there are hundreds of other places to get the same things you are offering?

If you are going to use this blog for more than just a feeder blog, traffic trader, or as part of a search engine strategy, don't use a free blog host. Register a domain and get hosting. Both are cheap enough. With a free blog host, you don't actually own your own site. You are at the mercy of the blog host. Free blog hosts have their uses. Just don't use them for a main, money earner blog.

That has got to be one of the worse examples of a blog I've ever seen.

I don't mean to rip into you, but that's pretty bad.

1) First off, your on blogspot. Get off of that free shit, and get a real host.
2) Your header is horrible. It's a picture of a rooster with some text on it. It's not even properly done. It looks like an eight year old philopino kid made it in his parent's basement.
3) The pictures your using in the posts are horrible. What the fuck is that? Screen shots of video screenshots? On the blog the pictures are so small they worthless, and when I click on them they are still worthless.
4) You have no text in your posts. No one will ever see your blog because it will get any SEO traffic. Ever.
5) Twice while clicking around on your blog I got directed to other crap. Way to piss off the surfer.
6) You have links to RAR files? Why?
7) You have links to avi files? Why? Those must be fucking huge.


This is what a blog should look like.

Again, don't mean to rip into you - just offering up my suggustions.

That's what i wanted to do after getting some traffic at my main domain.. but since I'm a newbie and in South America i don't know which sponsors would accept me..

Well.. true.. but believe it or not a LOT of people love the Cum swallowing amateur videos.. and since some people are lazy to search they have them ready to enjoy

I made this blog just for fun.. I already have the domain registered and hoping to get more traffic and then make the big jump to paid hosting.. the thing is that I'm clueless about website design.. wordpress but I'm learning everyday..

Hello Rochard.. thanks for the criticism, I guess all of us were newbies once and had to learn the hard way... But...

1. this is my first blog so I just used blogger until I master wordpress..

2. what the hell is philopino?? Yes I know the banner is not properly done.. any ideas?? I want to keep the rooster though...

3. the pictures are video screenshots and if you click on them they get bigger...


4. I have to work on the text..

5. What you mean directed to other crap? maybe the full page ads from blacklabel ads? I have nothing else added.. i.e cash links.. etc..

6. Links to rar files? of course.. they're zipped movies..

7. Avi files? most of my movies are in that format.. actually less size than WMV or MPEG..

All of us were new and green at one point. It's how you take the suggestions and more importantly, what you do you with them the determines how much money you'll make in this industry. For me, I had gotten away from designing websites and over the past five or six years how you make web pages has changed... I'm trying to get back into it.

When your ready, hire a design. Find a good looking rooster (if there is such a thing) and pass it onto a designer that can design you a good blog. It's cheap enough, anywhere from $100 to $300. In the case of the blog I posted earlier, I just handed him my bunny girl cartoon.

This makes no sense to me. It seems like your putting up a thumbnail that links to a larger thumbnail of screenshots. Give them a picture or two already.

I don't remember what it was but I would click on a thumbnail and when I went back to the main page I got something else like a web cam site.

So you put large thumbnails of screenshots, but then hand them an entire movie? Do people really download rar files from random sites? Sounds dangerous to me.

Hello Pastilatu, so it's perfectly fine and legal to fill my site or blog with Xvideos vids? are those Xvideos uploaded by you or you just pick the best videos.. do you get money by driving traffic to Xvideos? or just by getting content and driving traffic to your affiliate webcams.com?

Thanks a lot for all your tips Rochard. so basically if I upload my videos to an upload site like xvideos.. slutdrive, and reupload them to my page is fine? people download the files without a problem .. the reason I use winrar for my files is to be able to add a notepad with my blog url.. I post on forums too.. that's what I use to drive traffic to my site..
