G'day Steve,

Just looked in on setting up the hardware / software, you might already have your own already.

- Logitech USB desktop microphone.

PS Funbrunette, I still havnt got my mic yet, so still no skype convo mate!

- RSSRadio an easy to use Podcast client (iPodder) for Windows.

- Podcast Amp - free tool that lets you preview and play podcasts.

- audacity.sourceforge.net Free, Cross-Platform Sound Editor

- revision3.com/systm/podcasting/media
Some very useful downloadable files about seting up to do your own podcasting.

Inside of a few minutes I got this far, not too sure what else to add for you Steve.

G'day Steve, wanted to revisit your thread.

Been researching more into podcast software last night due the industry eyes on Video iPods and in the news I am reading that experts are saying that portable porn could be a $200 million a year industry in the United States by 2009

Today I am going to learn about converting mpeg to m4v.

There is a video podcast step by step instruction here:

I'm hugging my new G5 Mac right now ... looks like it's simple as nothing with the OS X system...
