Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.

After painful as it was, I picked myself up off the floor Chris,
I must of did something wrong. Kind of went too far back on my chair.

It happened while I was reading some email a friend had sent.
