Convertion ratios from TGP's??? help...

Hi all,

I need a little help here.

I'm trying to find out what the average convertion ratios are or what people are getting from TGP's for trials and full sales.

Let's say i do 1000 clicks to a site from the gallery, what is the average ratio of say $4.95 trial sales i could get from that.
What is the average of a full sale too.

Hey Greg how's it going? Good to see ya...
Let me try to field this one if I can..

If you're getting 1000 clicks through to the sponsor from your gallery, I'd guess that the gallery itself got (based on a 2% CTR) 20K hits itself, which is pretty high to begin with.

1000 clicks will hopefully get you 4 or 5 signups, and depending on the sponsor program you should get at least 2 of those to carry on to a full monthly membership. In fact at least one of the initial signups is hoped to be a monthly itself.

It's a big numbers game, and lots of variables as you can tell. But you get a feel for it after awhile. Dugmor does this all day long, every day.

An awful lot of variables involved here ... niche/category, scrubbing, the TGPs you're getting the hits from, and sometimes I think the alignment of Jupiter and Uranus ... Chris's numbers are pretty good in a very very general sense, though.

Indeed Pornodoggy...when Jupiter and Uranus align, man, my sales skyrocket.

Evil Chris...that's a good breakdown.

I think on average, someone can expect a 1:500 sign-up ratio from TGP traffic...and depending on the gallery, TGP and sponsor, it can run as well as 1:100 or as poorly as 1:1000. It's a numbers game for sure and when you find something that works well...duplicate, duplicate, duplicate.
