I'm a sucker for romance.
Get a babysitter for your son for the day AND night.
Book reservations at the finest restaurant and hotel (with a hottub).
Have Chris take you clothes shopping to ALL of your favourite stores. (This always gets my wife in the mood. Especially when I tell her, "You'll look good in this.")
Walk the canal.
Have a nice romantic dinner.
Have a soak in the hottub with champagne by candlelight.
Then roleplay Ron and Christie.
Repeat the last step till morning.

Have Chris buy you tickets to go to Paris via Air France first class and stay at a hotel on the Champs Elysees.
Go to the finest restaurants and eat real chocolate covered strawberries in your hotel room 
Oh make sure you have Smirnoff Ice Apple on hand
Then whatever the mood brings
After three or four days of touring Paris have Chris fly you to Milan and spend another few romantic evenings there before flying back home
