Ahhh... the weekend binges. If you are anything like I was, you will need pretty much of the week to recover.

Just be careful. I wouldn't want our cute, sexy accent, Aussie mod to get alcohol poisoning.

I have stopped drinking, taken a shower and had a shave and feel fresh and a litlte hung over but i will be okay..

i don't know if that is true about the non handover alcohol but when i stood up to take a ... hold on i will not say it, but when i got up the room is really spinning.

Yeah I drink as much water as I can.

And I've heard that sugar is good to because alcohol decreases your blood sugar and so part of the hangover is that feeling of not enough sugar in your system.

The only true "cure" for a hangover though is breathing some oxygen from a tank.

Never tried but an army medic told me that and he should know. Guys in the army drink like mad.

yeah coke has planty of sugar but not enough.
If you added a teaspoon of sugar to that it would be enough.

I have no idea if it's really true though.
It's one fo those things people say.

Though I do know alcohol lowers the blood sugar.
